Seriously, I rather come here than going to 5 star hotel buffet because all the main courses here are freshly cooked upon order (即叫即整) and they give you the quality of an a la carte food you would eat at luxury restaurants. For example, the suckling pig here omg it tastes so good and the skin is super crispy, it would worth 300 for a la carte, but here you only pay 700hkd and you can eat unlimited suckling pig, how good is that? All the food here has high quality, the lobster, the steak, suckling pig, seafood, everything is FRESHLY COOKED! I really love it and will be back!

This restaurant is lovely, amazing atmosphere that is perfect for a nice gathering. The food is delicious and the service is very quick. I recommend customers to buy the cheesecake as it is the best I have ever had. The wagyu beef steak is also a great choice, the juicy wagyu melts in your mouth!

The Michelin restaurants 's all-you-can-eat menu. The prices are not that cheap, with the most expensive option costing nearly the price of a hotel buffet. But if you consider the cost of the wagyu beef and oysters, it's well worth it. For oyster lovers, this is a must-try! the oysters here are super large and extremely fresh. The wagyu beef is soft and very yammy, but the portions are quite large. After finishing one, you might not have room to try the others. The grilled seafood mains have a good variety, with smaller portions that allow you to try more. The starters are the same across all package and most of them are quite good. The desserts, Tiramisu and cheesecake, are both delicious, with the Tiramisu being particularly smooth and the cheesecake rich and decadent. The service is efficient and polite, and if you can book a window seat, the indoor dining with a sea view is perfect.

I've been wanting to try their lavish buffet menu at Amelia, but the restaurant has always been fully booked. Luckily, I was able to secure a table for Father's Day, and it was well worth the wait. The spacious restaurant can accommodate small gatherings as well as large parties, with cozy sofas and ample communal tables. Whether you're dining with friends or celebrating with family, Amelia provides an ideal setting. We opted for the 'Prime Deluxe' menu at HKD 698 per person, which allowed us to indulge in an unlimited selection of appetizers and main courses. Standout Dishes: • A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Ribeye - Melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and rich, beefy flavor • A5 Sendai Wagyu Tenderloin - Incredibly soft and succulent • Charcoal-grilled Wild Abalone - Crispy exterior, juicy and flavorful interior with a distinct charcoal aroma • Japanese Pearl Oysters - Remarkably large and bursting with fresh, sweet notes To cap off the feast, the signature Macadamia Nut Basque Burnt Cheesecake was an absolute delight - the perfect balance of crunch and creaminess.

Excellent 2 hours dinner buffet that you can order food within 90 mins. We chose the $698 package with $188 free flow of wines and $158 free flow oyster. We each had around 5-6 giant oysters. All dishes are great except for shrimp appetiser. Plan ahead what you want to eat and order swiftly as they only allow customers to order two main dishes at a time. All desserts are delicious
